We had to cancel more than a week ahead because of a personal matter, but the prepayment wasn’t refunded. The reason given was that it was too close to the date. We’d booked months earlier, and the communication had already been poor, with several emails needed just to clarify details. We tried calling more than ten times and nobody answered, so email was the only way to get in touch. We had never been sent terms and conditions explaining what would happen in this situation. The whole process felt unprofessional and hard to trust. I wouldn’t recommend booking here or paying in advance, as you may not get your money back.

The location is very nice, with a beautiful garden, spacious grounds and a great view. There was no personal contact, with self check-in and check-out, so it felt more like a hotel than an agriturismo. The tips sent via WhatsApp were only somewhat helpful. For questions about the area or parking, it’s better to look online.
