Avoid this place. I've never had an experience like it, even as a Booking Genius Level 3 customer. The day before arrival, they confirmed on WhatsApp that I could message 30 minutes ahead for late check-in because my flight was delayed. I had just landed and was at the airport when they finally told me the reception had closed, without warning. They charged me the full amount and gave no reimbursement. I could technically pursue the €70 legally, but the hassle isn't worth it. The service was shockingly poor, rude, and even threatening. It felt like a complete fraud.

The room was huge and spotless, with a lovely balcony and a premium feel. It's within walking distance of the coast, and the view across the road was of a superb building. There was some road noise, but the price for the quality was great.

Luciano, the manager, was nice, and breakfast was served daily from 8:15 to 10:00. The rest of the day, we could use the coffee machine freely and take still or sparkling water. We stayed four nights in a double room with a very comfortable king-size bed. It was quiet, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the value was good for a few days. We did find garbage left by previous occupants, and there were some bad smells in the bathroom, probably because of the extreme heat outside.

We stayed here in August 2019. The old building had some art deco style, and the room was okay. There was no breakfast, but the place is near the sea and some interesting locations.

The room was very basic, and the street-facing view was of a road full of rubbish. Traffic and car horns could be heard day and night. The room was poorly insulated, and the balcony doors wouldn't close properly, letting in the cold and rattling in the wind. I wouldn't recommend it.
