It rained the night we arrived, just after Christmas, so we couldn't really enjoy our stay. We'd like to come back at a better time of year, and not during a pandemic. I'd love to have breakfast or a glass of red wine in the evening sitting in front of the apartment.

I slept well on the firm mattress, which was in excellent shape, and there were pillows to suit different preferences. The room was spacious, very clean, and had all the comforts: a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, air conditioning, and mosquito nets. It was quiet, with excellent free Wi-Fi. The owners were friendly and helpful, and guests can use the private garden with deckchairs, a table, and chairs. Beaches, the Luni archaeological site, and excellent restaurants are only minutes away. Excellent value, and somewhere I'd return to.

The room was spacious and spotless, and breakfast was good. The owner was kind and helped us with what we needed. It's a peaceful place to relax, just minutes from Sarzana and the sea. Prices were fair, and I highly recommend it.

The owner is warm and friendly, and the room is cozy and well equipped with everything you need. There's a lovely garden with a gazebo, a table for breakfast, and lounge chairs. A beautiful property, highly recommended.
