The place was spotless, and the views were fantastic. It was so peaceful and quiet. There’s just one restaurant up on the hill, but luckily it was excellent. I’d happily stay here again.

The owner was really kind and helpful, and the apartment has a lot of charm, with terracotta floors and wooden beams. It’s in a lovely village about 25 km from the sea, a good fit if you’re after peace and quiet and cooler evenings. The one drawback for me was the bathroom ceiling, which slopes low overhead.

Vincenzo was extremely kind and helpful. I stayed in a clean, well-organized mini-apartment with all the comforts and a beautiful view. Notte in Pietra Viva is a very distinctive place in the charming village of Castelnuovo Parano, and it made for a relaxing stay.

The rooms have a kitchen and all the basics, from a hairdryer and colander to detergents and an iron. It’s a handy base for excursions around the Frosinone area, and the staff were friendly. We came across this very quaint place by chance through friends. Recommended!

We hadn’t expected to find such a well-kept village. The location is convenient for getting to the sea or going hiking in the hills. We’d definitely recommend it.
