We had Sunday lunch at this agriturismo in the countryside around Casteptroso, just a few minutes from the beautiful, striking Santuario dell'Addolorata. The service was impeccable, and the bill felt fair for the quality. Everything was very good and portions were just right. Our €35 fixed menu for adults included a generous mixed house antipasto of cured meats and cheeses, bean soup, then two pasta courses: Paccheri alla boscaiola and Tagliolini in bianco con tarufo. After that came mixed roast meat with salad and roast potatoes, followed by homemade sponge cake with cream. We had water, house wine, coffee, and amaro too. Our son had the children's menu. In warm weather, they also have outdoor tables where you can eat surrounded by nature and visit their farm. Definitely recommended.

The food was decent, though it felt odd to eat every course, from starter through dessert, with just a fork. The outdoor area is nice for kids. I think they could improve these small details. Getting there by bus was scary, along a narrow, winding road with bends. There were about 50 of us, with one woman and one man nearby.

The outdoor space was lovely, with a playground for the kids, and the staff were kind and helpful. Our appetizer and main course were generous, too. But the dishes took so long to arrive that we left before finishing lunch. We just couldn't wait any longer.

We'd be happy to come back. The estate sits among greenery, with a high vantage point over the lovely scenery around it. The food reflects local cooking, with traditional ingredients put together skillfully, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Service was impeccable.
