We spent a week here on a family ski holiday with half-board. The hotel is in a quiet spot a little outside Ortisei, and the free shuttle to the city center and ski facilities worked perfectly. Over seven days we took it several times a day and never waited more than 3-4 minutes for pickup. Breakfast was good, dinner was generous with three courses, and the desserts were excellent. They also serve afternoon branches, so after skiing we could grab a bite before heading to the wellness area or sauna. There are special meals for children, and you can change them if needed.

The place’s history is heartwarming, so take a look at it. We had a real treat during our 6 night stay in La Perla. Everything was exceptionally clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the food was delicious. The wellness area was spacious, well maintained, and had tons of options. Big thanks to Joel for the waiting service, reception for always sorting out our requests, and the cleaning team for keeping the property tidy.

The outdoor heated pool with a view was a favorite, and the rooms, spa, food, and service were all great. I stayed at La Perla for 5 nights with my girlfriend and honestly couldn’t find anything to complain about. I rarely write reviews unless an experience is really good or really bad, and this one was definitely great. Thanks to all the staff, especially Joel at the restaurant. He was so kind and made our stay even more pleasant.

We felt welcome and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, the amenities excellent, and the facilities had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We enjoyed every minute and appreciated the attention to detail and high level of service. The atmosphere was just right for unwinding. We’d happily come back and would recommend it to anyone after a fantastic getaway.
