The host, Sonja, was friendly and very helpful, and we were really pleased with our four-night stay. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and decorated in a cozy way. From there, it was a two-minute walk to a supermarket with everything you need, and two minutes to Regina Bistro for delicious, fresh breakfast. The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of Alpes. It exceeded our expectations!

Apartment Sella has beautiful rooms, a very relaxing SPA, and private parking that was useful for us. But the service was practically nonexistent. They ignored my emails when I tried to arrange a small birthday surprise for my wife, and reception was almost always unattended, with no clear hours for when someone would be there. After we cancelled two rooms within the free cancellation period, it took them over three months to return a large amount of money. They said it was our responsibility to provide our card details, even though they could have handled this through Booking.com and chose not to. Worst of all, they replied in German despite knowing we don't speak it. The property could be five-star, but it feels run as a hobby rather than as luxury accommodation. It's also advertised as ski-in/ski-out, but isn't: the cable car is a 10-15 minute walk away, and reaching the slopes takes a 10-15 minute ride.

We had a private garden, plus shared access to a jacuzzi, sauna, and rooftop terrace. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The owner was accommodating, helpful, and really nice.

Our group of four felt very comfortable in this wonderful apartment. It was clean and well equipped, and everything in the house and spa was always impeccable. The location was very central, and we could charge an electric car. Our hostess, Sonja, always took time to ask if everything was alright. Her hospitality was truly exceptional.
