We paid the price of a double room but were put in a single room of 15 m2, even though the property's website showed other prices. They also wanted 10 euros for the dog instead of 5. There was no soap or trash can, the pillows were awful, and the room smelled bad. We found a very good hotel the next day.

There were plenty of ways to get to the ski area: walking, driving, or catching the skibus below the cable car. That works for different ages and ski levels. Our apartment was comfortable, came with parking, and had everything we needed. We had a great family holiday in Alpe di Susi and are already thinking about coming back next year.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and looked after. Its location is handy, very near the lower lift station in Siusia and the Polish lift stations. I spent a week there with my son, and we came away with lovely memories. I recommend it!

We felt welcome right away at Apartment Charly. It made for a really relaxing holiday, and the apartment was clean and well placed for excursions to the Seiser Alm. Highly recommended.
