Apartments Elisir

We loved sitting on the private veranda, especially with those mountain and meadow views in the morning and at sunset. The house is tucked at the end of the street, so it was peaceful, and the owner answered our calls and messages quickly. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which worked well for our larger group, plus covered private parking. The grocery store is about a 15-minute walk away. The main downside was that several basics were missing, including salt, sugar, butter, toilet paper, coffee filters, and other small things.

The mold in the room corners and bathroom was hard to ignore when trying to fall asleep, and it did make me wonder about the place's healthiness. We also had a burned-out bulb that stayed that way after I contacted the owner. On the plus side, the owner was friendly, there's covered parking, and the children's playground is only a few dozen meters away. Marinzen is reachable on foot in a little over an hour, so the location works well for walks. The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable, there was no vacuum cleaner, and the kitchen had neither an oven nor a microwave, including no grill function.

The setting is lovely, surrounded by nature, and the services are high quality.

That terrace is gorgeous.
