The views were amazing, and breakfast was good. It's a handy place for a solo ski trip or a family, with lifts, restaurants, rentals, and basic shopping close by. I got in very late and a bit drunk, but they'd already left my room key ready, no fuss and no need for me to ask.

The cats were a real problem for me because I'm allergic, and the carpets had cat hair on them. If cats are allowed, that needs to be made clear everywhere. The lift didn't work, and there was no one around to help. This is presented as a three-star hotel, but it felt like a building with rooms where you're left to handle everything yourself. There are much better places in town for about the same price. Avoid it.

The room was dirty and uncomfortable, like some makeshift attic, and the building was full of cats, smelled awful, and had flies inside. The lift was broken and so wrecked that it was frightening to go near. They present this as a hotel, but it's just a building with rooms where you have to do everything yourself, and that isn't stated anywhere. A complete scam and rip-off. Avoid at all costs.

There was nobody on site to help with anything. The breakfast hours were posted until 10:00, but when I got there at 9:35 everything was already closed. The lift still wasn't working, nearly two months on, and breakfast itself was mediocre. The server spilled two cups of hot tea and cocoa on me, then offered no towel or cloth and didn't even apologize. In the room, the only way to get air was through the door. There was no fan, and the skylight was out of reach. The warning in the review from a month earlier about staying away was right.
