The view is breathtaking from every corner, and the spa and pool area are pleasant and relaxing. We booked a standard room, but it was quite small and basic, with nowhere set aside for luggage and no kettle for coffee or tea. The bed and pillows were moderately comfortable. The balcony was very plain, and without the amazing view it wouldn’t feel inviting. Water also gets past the shower, so the bathroom tends to flood a bit after each use. Breakfast and dinner were good, but definitely not fine dining. Annoying music played all day in the common areas, making the otherwise beautiful lobby unbearable for me. The staff weren’t rude, but they weren’t attentive or welcoming enough for this kind of hotel. They could really use a seminar on customer service.

The hotel offers lots of activities, some free and some for money, and the staff are great. The rooms are a good size, and the views are beautiful. Breakfast was really good, though it was the same food each day during our 4 days there, in case that matters to you. It was a little expensive, but definitely worth it overall.

The spa facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are really clean and luxurious. We had a huge balcony with a VERY good view. Half board dinner was good, while the breakfast variety was just okay. The receptionist was welcoming and attentive. She even walked us all the way to the sheltered car park, knowing we’d travelled by motorbike. Had a very good stay at Hotel Valentinorhof. Loved everything about it, highly recommended!

I had an amazing 4D3N stay. The facilities, room, and pool view were beautiful, and the food was superb with a wide variety of choices. Every morning the waiter remembered my coffee and brought it over. I was travelling by public transport, and the host was incredibly helpful, going out of her way to help me get to places where the bus timings weren’t ideal. Highly recommend!

The food is carefully selected and really tasty, and the staff are friendly and available. The rooms are spacious, with very good furnishings and a nice design. The balcony is top notch and lets you enjoy the gorgeous view even more. There’s a beautiful heated infinity pool, half indoors and half outdoors, plus an all-inclusive relaxing wellness area.
