Hotel Sureghes

This was our second ski holiday at the hotel, and we’ve been very happy with the location, hospitality, friendly staff, food, and everything else. This time the owner was especially generous and let us keep our room free until evening, when our bus home was leaving. That meant we could shower and rest after a full day of skiing. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it.

The location worked perfectly for us, about five minutes from both the gondola and the center of Ortisei. The kitchen deserves five stars, and congratulations to the chef. From our smooth, welcoming check-in onward, the staff were warm, professional, and always eager to help. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with an amazing bed, top-notch amenities, and thoughtful details. Facilities and common areas were well maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Every staff member went out of their way to make us comfortable, always with a smile. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend it. One of my best stays.

The staff were a big part of why I had such a good stay, and I’ll definitely come back. The hotel is right by the gondola lift and opposite the center. Beds are comfortable, Wi-Fi works well, and dinner felt like a Michelin-star restaurant. A glowing recommendation for the service and cleanliness.

We didn’t stay overnight. Our planned parking garage was full, so we asked the host if he knew somewhere else we could park. He kindly let us use the hotel’s dedicated guest parking for the day. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the food was incredible too. We were very impressed. Vegetarians should try the dumpling trio.
