Bremichhof

The farm works really well for families 🐕🐎⛰️. We can walk to the village, and buses go in all directions, so the location is handy too. It’s always nice coming back to a clean apartment.

We’ve been spending our summer holidays at Bremichhof every year since 2015, and we feel right at home there. The two-bedroom apartment is roomy, clean and very well kept. We love eating on the spacious balcony, with its fantastic view. The farm’s own eggs are a hit with everyone, and the bread delivery is excellent. Our eldest daughter particularly enjoys going horseback riding with Claudia. Claudia and Olli are kind and dependable hosts, always happy to chat or offer hiking tips despite their farm work. There are lovely walks starting right from the farm, and you can also swim at Völser Weiher. We’ll be back next year, as usual!

We were asked to pay cash at departure, even though I had specifically requested an invoice the day before, and no invoice was provided. There was also a €50 cleaning charge that hadn’t been mentioned during the phone booking or at any point afterward. The lack of guest basics was frustrating too: no free Wi-Fi, dish soap, sponge, soap or trash bags. When we asked, we got one dishwasher tablet and were told that was unusual. I wish I’d seen a similar warning from another guest on Google; it could have saved us this experience. At least there are plenty of other farms and hotels in the area.

The place met our expectations, with a clean apartment and comfortable furnishings. The hosts were very friendly, and the bread, milk and egg delivery worked perfectly. Hiking trails begin right outside, while the ski area is just a five-minute drive away. We’d happily stay here again.
