We loved our stay and would happily come back. The family owners are kind, hospitable, flexible, and accommodating, and the service is outstanding. The hotel has been renovated with excellent taste; the rooms are lovely and everything works perfectly. Breakfast is very generous, and the gourmet dinners were so good that I highly recommend half board. It's easy to reach even though it's not right in the center. There's ample free parking, a free shuttle from the center, and ski-in/ski-out access for Alpe di Siusi. Great value for money.

The sauna and wellness area was quiet and peaceful, just right after a long hike, and there's plenty of free parking too. My partner and I had breakfast every morning and dinner on three of the four nights. The food was excellent and well priced. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the modern, clean rooms had very comfortable beds. It's about a 10-minute walk into town, up a steep hill, which we did each day to get to the cable cars. Hotel Pradell was easily our favourite stay of the whole Europe trip. We can't recommend it enough and will definitely return. Thank you, Hotel Pradell!

The team were so sweet and gave us every reason to want to come back next year. The food and wine were exceptional and good value. Like other reviewers, we ended up eating there every evening. Our room was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. We had a great stay at Hotel Pradell, six stars if I could. Highly, highly recommended.

The staff were so kind and attentive, and created a five-star atmosphere where you feel well looked after. The spa was another lovely part of the stay, with a mountain-view sauna, an outdoor jacuzzi, and an indoor fireplace in the relaxation area. A godsend after long hiking days. We ended up dining there every night because the food was so good. The menu changes daily, and each three-course dinner starts with a buffet of starters. The dishes were tasty and plentiful, and breakfast was amazing too. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

The dinners were incredible, I can't find the words for how much I enjoyed them. Honestly, this restaurant deserves a Michelin star. The spa area was a lovely surprise and went beyond what I expected. I'd never been in a sauna with such a great view. It's a wonderful family hotel, with cozy rooms, a delicious restaurant, and a great view. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed it so much that we already want to go back.
