Karin is a lovely host, and her friendly manner makes the place feel cozy. The rooms are well kept, and breakfast is simple but tasty. It’s good value for a bed and breakfast, with a handy location near the centre of Ortisei.

I’ve been coming back to Garni Toni in Ortisei, Val Gardena, for many years. It’s a family-run place where I can relax, and the welcome is always warm. There’s time for questions, suggestions, or just a friendly chat. Breakfast is plentiful, and the balconies look out over the mountains. The setting is quiet, but the town center and cable cars are only a short walk away. Guests also get free access to the nearby swimming pool. Ortsilvi has plenty to do and lots of sports in both summer and winter, along with an impressive food scene.
