Hotel Goldknopf

I've been coming back to this mountain hotel for more than ten years, in both summer and winter, and it's stayed consistently stellar. Hiking trails are easy to reach in summer, and the slopes in winter. The location is peaceful, and the familiar staff make each visit feel like coming home. They remember guests and often anticipate what we need. After long days exploring or skiing, the comfortable, well-kept rooms are a cozy place to rest. Meals are a highlight every year, with a carefully chosen menu of regional flavors as well as reliable dishes for different tastes. Breakfast has plenty of good quality options to set you up for an active day. The team goes out of its way to help, whether with suggestions suited to the weather and routes or local tips. The atmosphere feels personal and sincere, even when you're returning for the tenth time or bringing friends. There's a cozy common area, well-kept spa or wellness options, and practical touches that make a mountain stay easy. Soft towels, dependable Wi-Fi and quiet corners to read or relax all add to the restful feel. I'd recommend visiting in both summer and winter to experience what the hotel offers in each season. I've had memorable stays year after year and look forward to coming back.
