The ski bus stops right outside, and the lovely surroundings added to the stay. We had excellent food and amazing service, with friendly staff and caring owners. Such a warm, memorable atmosphere. Thanks to everyone for a beautiful holiday!

The room service breakfast was my favorite part, and dinner was among the best I’ve had. For only €25, we had a 5 course meal of local foods. We spent 2 nights in the Green Suite, with its carefully made room and comforts like an in-room sauna, soft comforter, and complimentary tea. We also liked the spa, which had various rooms and a jacuzzi, though no services. From arrival, Ursula and the whole staff made us feel so welcome and took exemplary care with the details. Truly my best hotel experience.

We loved the views straight out to the mountains, and the room was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. This design boutique hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in. Everything was super clean, the breakfast and dinner were great and generous, and the hotel staff were friendly and relaxed. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you!

The view is great, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied and very good, with plenty for vegetarians and vegans too: oats, cereals, seeds, fruit salads, fruit, bread, and vegetables. We got bus vouchers for free travel around the area, as well as free transport back to Bolzano. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel looked nice at first, and the room seemed well kept, but I woke up after one night with 25 or more bites all over my body. Four days later, they're still there. Absolutely avoid this place unless you really have nowhere else to stay. The hotel needs fumigating, and I really hope this reaches the Hotel Manager. Disgusting.
