The customer service was really strange. I asked for a quote, liked the offer and replied straight away to confirm the booking. After that, I heard nothing. I tried calling, emailing and messaging on WhatsApp, but got no response at all, even after waiting more than two weeks. Absolutely ridiculous.

I requested a five-night booking and got an offer that suited what I was looking for. I replied right away, but never received confirmation. When I tried to follow up, I was told they’d be “out of office for a few days.” I called later and still got no answer. After waiting patiently for another two weeks and sending several texts and making calls, there was still no reply, even though they appeared to be online. It was a really unpleasant experience, and the service felt awful. We think the claim about being “out of office” was a lie, though perhaps the room was no longer available. I don’t understand why the host couldn’t just be honest or send a simple reply instead of leaving us waiting for weeks. This made us wonder what else they might handle dishonestly or irresponsibly. Avoid the place, they could ruin your holiday.

Don’t book here if you don’t want to be left without any updates about your accommodation. I’m appalled by such irresponsible, unprofessional customer service.

The owners were very kind and happy to offer advice. We had a lovely time in this quiet, cozy little corner of Castelrotto. After a hike, the pleasant garden was just right for unwinding.
