The team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Dinner was especially lovely, thanks to Elisa, Salvatore, and Angelica, who always checked that everything was just right. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, the service was great, and the food was so good I kept forgetting to take photos before eating 😂. We enjoyed every moment at Alpenroyal Hotel in Kastelruth and are already looking forward to coming back next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After long days out exploring the Dolomites, I really appreciated having the heated pool to relax in. The hotel is right in the center of town, with shops, cafés, and local services close by. My room felt like a home away from home, with elegant, thoughtful furnishings, good amenities, and a comfortable, high-quality bed. I had a wonderful stay in Kastelruth and would gladly return or recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The atmosphere is what made this stay special. Every staff member was kind and capable, and the owner has a heart of gold. The hotel itself is lovely and well cared for, with spacious, beautiful rooms, a great spa, and delicious food. I can’t wait to stay here again!

I only came for a few days and ended up wishing I could spend the whole week here. The mountains are pristine, the hotel accommodations are just right, and the people are so nice. It felt like paradise and was the best travel experience I’ve had. I’m American and will absolutely tell friends and family back home to stay here. We’ll be back!

The location is fantastic, very close to the town center and Marinzen alp. In summer, you can get up there for free by asking reception for the cards. The apartment was lovely, and the staff, food, pool, and beauty center were all nice. There’s no mini club, but the staff are very kind with children.
