I always enjoy the local dishes at breakfast and dinner, and the pool and wellness facilities are excellent. The location is ideal for getting to Seiseralm easily. We just got back from a lovely stay, and the owners and staff were friendly and welcoming throughout.

The place was spotless, the dinner was genuinely good, and the wine list was superb. We even made a detour to one of the wineries on our way home and bought two cases. What really stood out was the service. We've traveled internationally for decades, and this is the friendliest, most helpful hotel team we've experienced in years. The bartender and waiter remembered our room number and my allergens, and offered me a different dessert last night, which I really appreciated. The staff went out of their way to make the stay positive. Other hotels could learn from them. We visited in winter and are already looking forward to returning in summer to enjoy the rooftop, garden, and nearby trails in the sunshine. We usually prefer discovering new places and don't repeat stays, but this is one of the few hotels we'd happily come back to.

The kindness from Claudia, Patricia, and everyone in the dining room made a real impression on us. With half board, we had excellent breakfasts and dinners every day, and the saltwater pool and a drink in the lounge were just right after hiking in The Dolomites. Hotel Schwarzer Adler sits at the foot of Alpe di Siusi, with fantastic scenery and a great location. The food and service made this the high point of our vacation. We can't recommend it enough.

I've stayed at Hotel Schwarzer Adler in Seis am Schlern several times during ski season, and the family running it clearly care about making guests comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the rates are very reasonable for what you get. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well located, with excellent service and really high-quality food. The breakfast buffet is as good as it gets. I'm looking forward to coming back in summer to enjoy the fantastic scenery and pleasant climate.

The hotel was already nice, and the indoor pool and relaxation area have made it even better for unwinding after walks in the beautiful Dolomiti mountains. It's family-owned, near the center of Siusi, and within walking distance of the cable car to Alpe di Siusi. A good choice in any season, with excellent breakfasts and dinners.
