Andreas was kind, helpful, quick to respond and full of useful information. The apartment is right on the slope, and it’s spacious, spotless, nicely laid out and very well equipped. We had a breathtaking view from the balcony, plus a private underground garage and ski room. We’ll definitely be back!

We had such a nice view of Ortisei from the deck at Casa Setil. The place is tastefully decorated and set up, and Andreas was a gracious host. It’s conveniently close to the charming town, and we’d love to stay here again next time we return.

A good-value place to stay in the western Dolomites during the first few weeks of June. It’s very central in Ortisei, and the host responds quickly. Appliances are easy to figure out, and the stay includes a free bus pass and basic spa access. The parking area is small, which could be tricky for a new driver.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and close to the town centre. There’s a garage under the building with a lift, and Andreas included bus and pool tickets with the rental.

The gondola to Alpe di Sussi/Seiser Alm is right next door, just across a gate. The apartment is great, and the parking is really nice too. Highly recommend!
