The spa and pool area were a real highlight, with a steam room, sauna, ice room, relaxation space, massage pool, indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi. I also loved the free afternoon cake, and breakfast was small but lovely. Most of the staff were super nice. Simon at reception and the valet were especially sweet and helpful. The hotel is in a stunning spot, though it feels more aimed at adults than kids, even if children can still enjoy it. The room was stuffy and the temperature controls didn't actually seem to work. I had to ask reception to switch the heat off completely, then left the door open all night even though it was -2 outside. That cooled the room, but traffic noise kept disturbing my sleep. The pillows were great, but it's strange not to have coffee in the room. I'd add coffee and tea, make the single or twin beds wider, and let guests control the room temperature themselves.

The service stood out most, warm, attentive and professional the whole time. We also loved the peaceful, elegant Scandinavian-inspired design and the beautiful hotel itself. After a day in the Dolomites, the spa was a lovely place to unwind. One of the trip's highlights. Highly recommend it.

The food was superb, and the daily gourmet menu made half-board well worth it. The staff were so helpful, giving us a fresh list of things to do around the area every morning. The hotel is modern, spotless and in a perfect location. We'd love to return.

We got free bus passes and an easy winter walking map that took us through lovely countryside and quaint villages. The spa was spotless and had a good variety of facilities, and the food was excellent. Everyone was so nice and the service impeccable during our three nights here, before we set off on a six-day ski safari. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great few days at schgaguler hotel in the dolomites. The staff's tips on food and wine were spot on, and I never regretted a single dish I ordered. The room and the service were both trouble-free. Absolutely perfect.
