Hell

The people are what make Hotel Hell in Ortisei so special. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was kind, professional, and attentive, and their care made us feel welcome and looked after. The hotel itself has a warm, elegant atmosphere, and you can tell the details are thoughtfully cared for. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. It's rare to find hospitality that feels this sincere, and this beautiful hotel in the Dolomites is the kind of place that stays with you all year. We're already looking forward to returning.

Our second-floor suite was huge, with a mountain view, and the hotel is well equipped. The staff were attentive and friendly. At reception, Venessa was always smiling, helpful, and fun to talk with. She really is the hotel's beating heart. The Siusi gondola is very close, reached by taking the bottom lift, and you can ski back on the return. All in all, a great hotel.

The kids especially loved the playroom and pool table, which gave us a chance to unwind at the bar in the evenings. We were a family of four at Hotel Hell for a week, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The facilities were great, and the beginner slopes around the hotel were fantastic for children building their skiing skills. The staff were very helpful, and we made good use of the shuttle and their recommendations.

This was our second visit, and we enjoyed it even more than the first. The staff are genuinely lovely and helpful. Mariia gave us amazing local dining suggestions, every one of them was great, and went out of her way to help arrange transfers. Alberto is a real asset too, with a friendly manner and brilliant local advice. Getting up to the mountains for skiing was easy, with ski-in, ski-out access and a shuttle each morning. They can also collect you from the Seceda gondola, making it possible to ski across the Dolomites. We've already planned to come back in 2027, and highly recommend the hotel in Ortisei.
