We were charged items that shouldn't have been on our bill, and when we questioned them the staff threatened to call the police. The manager wouldn't speak to us directly and left receptionists to deal with us. It was the worst management I've ever experienced. The free parking we were told about turned out to cost 20 Euros a day and wasn't even onsite. You can park on the street for less than 5 euros a day. The beach was disgustingly dirty, with piles of cigarette butts and plastic at the edge; I also saw what looked like half a cat's tail float past me just 2 or 3 metres from shore. We will never recommend this hotel or this town to anyone. Our stay was in August 2025.

The rooms were basic, the air conditioning didn't work properly, and breakfast was very basic too. The SPA is in another hotel down the street. The value for money wasn't good: we paid more than we had for our four-star hotel on Timessquare in New York during Christmas season.

The pricing suited us, especially since Sardinia is very, very expensive overall. We had a very good stay, with a great location, good air conditioning, and a lovely view from the big balcony. The partner hotel, hotel Riviera, is also very nice, and janus guests can use all its facilities for free. Thank you!

A very nice hotel right in front of the beach. Guests can also use the swimming Pool in th Felipe hotel.

Breakfast was poor, and the pool is at another location. The reception often couldn't speak English at an acceptable level. The beds and bathroom were good.
