The breakfast setup was a problem: it’s on the roof with no shade, so we couldn’t sit there for more than 10 minutes, and there wasn’t enough room for everyone anyway. Getting to the apartment with our bags was also a real climb up a steep hill. Parking depends on finding a space in the public lot below. The old town is romantic, but the staff were unpleasant. They took a towel from our room and still refuse to send it back, even after three months. Don’t stay here if you’re not in good physical shape.

The room was nice, and breakfast on the terrace was pleasant. It’s a great spot, though carrying luggage up from the car park below is a bit of a struggle. We could get French TV channels from Corsica.

Breakfast on the terrace comes with the best view. This little B&B is right in the heart of Castelsardo, with a really comfortable feel and super friendly staff.
