The location is great, check-in directions are easy to follow, and there's luggage storage if your flight is late that day. But the hallway had a very strong air freshener smell, and the room clearly smelled of harsh cleaning chemicals. It was clean, but that chemical smell was so intense it felt uncomfortable and unhealthy, and I found it hard to cope with. For a one-night stay, the timing also feels unreasonable: check-in only starts at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am, so you don't even get a full 24 hours. It feels like a very short stay for the price.

Really clean and cozy, and a lot for the price. Our apartment had three rooms, plus a private kitchen and bathroom, for 60 euros a night. Breakfast was included, with coffee, milk, cereal, bread, muffins, chocolate, jam, and butter. The hostesses were great!

We didn't get the breakfast we were told we were entitled to, and when we complained, the response was negative. The owner, Davide, was rude in messages on several occasions. After we left, he tried to get more money from us using the ID photos we had sent, and threatened us.

The room was simple, cozy, and spotlessly clean, and Gabriella was very kind and helpful. I was only passing through for one night after spending the day exploring Cagliari, which is a real gem. The location felt ideal to me, right on Corso Ettorio Emanuele II, a pedestrian area full of nice bars, taverns, and cafes. From there, the rest of the city is easy to reach on foot or otherwise. I'd made a mistake about the check-in times, but Gabriella let me check in early. Highly recommend.
