The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, and the staff were kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. My girlfriend and I stayed here in September and absolutely loved it. Everything was spotless and well cared for, and the warm, cozy atmosphere helped us relax as soon as we arrived. It felt like a special stay, and we'd love to return someday.

The meals were the worst part for us. In Italy, where the cuisine is famous, we were served overcooked frozen vegetables with a small slice of bland, unseasoned baked pork. One dish was something like goulash, apologies to our Hungarian friends, but it was just chopped meat in a tasteless, pudding-like sauce. The hotel was a huge disappointment and a waste of money and time. The exterior and main hall look nice, but that's about it. The air conditioning in every room is stuck on heating, and guests can't adjust the temperature or switch it off. We called reception; they said they'd fix it, but nothing happened. There wasn't even a glass or kettle in the room.

The restaurant serves great food at reasonable prices, and breakfast has lots of options. The hotel itself is new, clean, and well maintained. The airport, highway, a restaurant, and a pharmacy are all close by, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, always willing to help.

Everything is brand new and top tier, and the place is very clean. It's an easy distance from Bergamo Center and the airports. The staff were accommodating, and the food was excellent. It felt like a home away from home.

I came for work and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean, fresh, and newly renovated. There's also a restaurant at the hotel, and the chefs are real professionals. The food was amazing. It's 10 minutes from Bergamo airport, and I'd be happy to come back!
