The wine is award-winning, and the owners, Sandro and Alessandra, are wonderful hosts who know so much about their wine and the region. The Tenuta itself has a lovely, authentic charm and beauty. If you get the chance to visit, don’t pass it up.

After a seven-hour drive, we arrived around 7 pm for a one-night stay. I’d called ahead, and the owner had said he would be there, but nobody was on site. When I called him, he said we couldn’t stay because he’d left, claimed he didn’t know us, and told us to leave his property immediately. As we were leaving, he appeared from nowhere and asked us to stay. I refused; guests shouldn’t be treated that way. The owner was very rude.

Lovely countryside all around this gem. They make great wine and put on great parties. What a fabulous place!

The wine was really good. I took lots of bottles back to Holland. Thank you!

An amazing, peaceful place to spend time. The welcome is joyful, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. It feels like a little paradise, so please don’t come and spoil it.
