The garden was gorgeous, all in bloom with enormous roses and lovely cactus flowers, and the whole place smelled wonderful. Before breakfast I’d go play with one of the little dogs, which was so relaxing. We were 15 people staying for a couple of days, and everyone felt really at home. The rooms are spacious and have balconies, and breakfast is generous enough. It’s about a five-minute walk to the beach, and the bus stop is close by too. Thanks to the hosts for making us feel at home. Grazie mille! I’d definitely recommend the place to friends and hope I can come back myself.

The room balcony was a lovely spot for sharing a bottle of wine and playing cards. Breakfast was really nice too, served on a beautiful balcony. The owners were very friendly and spoke a reasonable amount of English. I’ll definitely recommend it!

Franca and Guiseppe really make this a relaxing, special place. We stayed four nights at Real bb PrimoSole, and my partner Suzana and I felt genuinely looked after by the hosts. Guiseppe has a great sense of humor and makes excellent coffee in the morning. Breakfast was one of the best, with Sardinian treats like delicious bruscetas, along with good cheese, prosuto, eggs, fruit, and vegetables. Franca's homemade cakes were superb. The rooms are stylish, very clean, and seem to have been finished with good materials. One of the best b&b places in Sardinia.

The room was small but pretty, and the location was nice. Breakfast was international, and the chef was available with information about this great place.

We had the best b&b stay in Sardinia here. The breakfast was very good too. A really great place, highly recommended 👍🏻
