The view and the quiet were wonderful, and the fresh air felt priceless. I was here for work, but even with snow falling until about four or five days earlier, the room stayed warm and was beautifully furnished and extremely clean. Mrs. Carla was so friendly and welcoming. She made a delicious donut and a tart with plum jam her mother had made. The kitchen had all the comforts, from a coffee maker and dishes to snacks, jam, Nutella, and toast. She also left fresh fruit, juice, chilled water, and, as a real treat, whole milk from the L'Aquila power plant. I had such a nice stay, with Mrs. Carla, her sweet cuddly dog Birba, and the two cats to welcome me. Thank you for everything, Mrs. Carla.

The landscape around this B&B is spectacular, and the location makes it easy to reach the main attractions while staying surrounded by nature and quiet. I was impressed from the start by the host's warm welcome and how available they were. My room was bright and spacious, carefully furnished, clean, and well organized, so it felt comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was a treat, especially the delicious homemade desserts. The kitchen has everything guests need to feel at home and manage on their own. This is a rare find that brings together comfort, hospitality, and natural beauty. I'll definitely return.

It was so peaceful, with birdsong and nature all around, and the location was handy for exploring nearby. The owners were warm, friendly, kind, and helpful, and we felt right at home. Our bedroom was spacious and super clean, with simple, comfortable, tasteful furnishings. Breakfast was excellent too.

Carla was a fantastic host, so friendly and welcoming, and she even baked us a delicious cake. The place is kept with care down to the smallest details. There are spacious rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a large kitchen with all the appliances, and a generous breakfast with plenty to choose from. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time here. The room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped, and the hospitality was excellent. It's a handy base for anyone visiting Rocca Calascio, about a 10-minute drive from town. The B&B is beautiful and surrounded by nature, with dogs, cats, goats, and a donkey around.
