The house was very spacious and comfortable, and the owners were kind and friendly. The location just outside Grosseto is lovely, with a pool, barbecues available, and sand bowling. They also make oil and wine that you can buy. A few things could have been better: one of the two bathrooms had no hot water, and my night was noisy when some guests left early and made a racket by the entrance. The old renovated house doesn't seal that area off. Also, there were no curtains in the window above the door, so the sunrise light bothered me. Still, it's a place I'd recommend.

We booked directly by email and spent a lovely night here as a family, including a barbecue evening with equipment provided. There's a pretty garden and lots for children to do, including swimming, walking, football, and a small play area. Our apartment was nice, but the kitchen was short on equipment, and there was no hand soap, dishwashing soap, or shower gel. The bathroom had only a fixed wall showerhead, which was awkward to use with kids. The owner's wife was very pleasant and treated us well at breakfast. The owner himself didn't smile or treat us warmly until we were leaving. 😕 Compliments to his wife. ❤️ Good luck to them.

The owners were rude and impolite, and we felt unwelcome from the start. It was an awful experience that ruined our vacation. We've never had such a terrible stay, and the owners shouldn't be allowed to run this business. Tuscany has plenty of beautiful places, so choose another agriturismo. The place itself isn't the problem, the owners are the worst ever. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

We stayed here for one night during the Arezzo antique fair weekend. It's beautiful, peaceful, and conveniently located. I'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
