Meeting Guido and his lovely wife was one of the best parts of our Italy trip. Their home was beautiful and really comfortable, and they made us feel so welcome. We had a great conversation and a splendid breakfast. Truly a little gem.

Monica, Guido's granddaughter, greeted us with the kind of empathy, courtesy, and affection you hope for when you walk into someone's home. We'll always remember her. The castle at Castiglion Fibocchi will always mean Monica to us. During our two special days, Guido's many experiences and memories made the evenings brighter. The tasteful furnishings made the house feel like stepping into a dream of another time. 🤗❤️

The room was roomy and comfortable, and breakfast was fabulous, with excellent fresh fruit and other high-quality products. We had such a lovely stay thanks to the incredible welcome from Guido and his niece Monica. They're genuinely charming people, and made this stop in a magnificent castle feel like pure bliss. It's a wonderful place in a beautiful setting. We'll definitely come back!
