The location is very handy, close to shops, bus stops, and the train station, and within walking distance of the historic center. The room itself was lovely, but the bathroom had a lot of mould that needed attention. Noise from the room next door also kept waking us. The guests there were extremely loud while we were asleep: at 5 am on two mornings in a row, then at 3.30 am one night after coming back from a night out, sounding like they were arguing. It went on so long that I got out of our room and asked them to be mindful of other guests. That wasn’t the host’s fault, but it’s something to bear in mind since the rooms are so close together.

The room felt cozy and was clean, and the staff were very welcoming.

We paid a reasonable price, especially compared with other places, and both the apartment and the room were spacious. The manager was kind and attentive, checking several times whether we were satisfied. A few bathroom details need attention: the shower runs more like a faucet than spraying, probably because of limescale, the bidet tap is loose, and there’s no soap dispenser in the shower.

I paid €200 a night for a double room during Vinitaly 2025, and for this quality it felt like a real rip-off. The apartment has three bedrooms sharing a kitchen. Each bedroom is spacious and has its own bathroom, but the materials are cheap and the sheets, pillows, and towels are terrible. The TV is only 14 inches and nearly disappears against the wall, while the bedroom lighting is dim. There’s no balcony, and the view is of run-down buildings. A bad smell also hangs around the whole apartment, day and night. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
