The owner was so nice and gave us the best service. The room was clean every day, and the location was good.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything I needed in the kitchen. It was a nice setup if you want to feel at home, though it felt like too much space for just one night. It’s very close to both the center and the train station. The woman who welcomed me before check-in was really kind. My one big gripe was the pillows, they were truly awful. Also, every window was locked, so I couldn’t open any of them and the place smelled musty. Otherwise, it was good. @

The location is excellent and the price was good. The rooms are lovely and have private bathrooms. There’s no TV, but you can use the internet. A coffee maker is in the room, with a fridge and microwave in the hallway. It’s on the second floor, and there’s no elevator.

The room was extremely hot when we arrived, and with the exceptional heat the air conditioning didn’t come on until a few hours later. Even then, it never cooled the room properly. The night was uncomfortable between the heat and some noise, and we woke up feeling awful. A small fan would have helped in that weather. We were so wound up that we left at 7 in the morning. We were only there briefly for an event in Verona. The welcome was fine and the room was spotless, but everything else left us saying never again.
