We stayed for one night on September 16th. We arrived in the morning, left our luggage, and went straight out to explore Verona. Linda was extremely kind and professional, and always reachable in person or by phone. We booked the deluxe double with a balcony. It had a wonderful baroque style, with every detail thoughtfully handled. The minibar was stocked with drinks, and there was a coffee machine with different pods, a hot water maker for tea, and a huge, beautiful, comfortable shower. The bathroom had toiletries, body lotion, a toothbrush kit, a makeup remover kit, bathrobes, a large towel and small towels, slippers, a hair dryer, and even a straightener. There were all sorts of outlets for cables and adapters. Everything was very clean, and clearly cleaned well. The kitchen is shared with other guests, but Linda asks everyone to choose a time so you can have privacy and avoid running into anyone. Breakfast, provided by the owner, was plentiful and delicious. The location is excellent, about five minutes from the heart of Verona, including the Arena, Piazza Bra, Piazza delle Erbe, Juliet's tomb and house, and the shopping district. Linda also suggested places for us to eat. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it!

The owner was so kind and helpful. She even gave us cushions for the arena, binoculars, and the opera libretto, and if she recommends a restaurant, trust her, she knows her stuff. We spent the weekend with our family to see Aida. The location was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and very clean, with every comfort, even smartphone chargers. The bathroom was spacious too, and the minibar was available to all guests. I'll be back!

We had everything we needed in a spacious, cozy, well-equipped room, and breakfast was plentiful, excellent, and high quality. The owner was very kind, and we were able to use the free parking. The location made it easy to explore the city. Thanks for the warm hospitality. Highly recommended, and see you next time!

The food was amazing, and they asked ahead about our preferred breakfast time and any special needs, including allergies. We even got to have breakfast alone in the kitchen, just the two of us. There's no reception on site, but the owner was available 24/7 on WhatsApp. She speaks excellent English and understood German too. The hotel was in a prime location, with super friendly staff and very attentive service. There was also a washing machine and dryer, plus exclusive toiletries. We're thrilled, 10 stars, 100% recommended.
