The breakfast was practically nonexistent, and the small bedroom felt like a hostel. It was hard to find, and I felt it was a scam. There are plenty of nicer hostels and hotels to choose from.

The room itself was nice, but the bathroom wasn't clean and the shower drained badly. I couldn't reach the property manager, even with their phone number. Breakfast was disappointing and very limited, just coffee or cappuccino, a croissant, and juice. It also didn't work for a non-Italian who prefers savory food, like my Austrian partner. Poor value for the money.

The location is the one good thing, just steps from the Verona Arena. The rest was disappointing, especially for someone with allergies like me. There was a lot of dust, though it was hard to see in the dim room, and I never woke up feeling good. After a long day walking around Verona, I wanted a relaxing shower, but water sprayed everywhere when I turned it on. We had to take off the shower head and use only the hose. It clearly needed fixing before we arrived, but hadn't been repaired. There was no shower gel or shampoo, only an almost empty used bottle someone had left. The only towel rack was broken and wobbly, about 50 cm high, so we used the room's only chair for our towels. The rooms are very close together, so you can only hope for quiet neighbors. The night before our morning departure, we couldn't sleep until 2:00 AM because people were shouting in the shared kitchen. Good luck!

The Arena is just steps away, which is a great location. But the cleanliness needs work, and the thin walls mean there's little privacy or chance to relax. I'd only suggest it for a quick trip if you aren't expecting much.
