The owner was delightful and always willing to help. When we needed information about the area, she gave us useful addresses and maps and offered to help us with transportation. That's real hospitality and a warm welcome. My daughter, two friends, and I stayed for four days and were thrilled with the brand-new, clean, welcoming apartment. It's practical to stay in and easy to reach, away from traffic but convenient for getting to the beautiful sights in the city center. Our apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. I'd recommend Francesca's vacation rental to all travelers, including families with children and people staying longer. I'll definitely come back. Thanks again, Maria.

Private parking was a big plus, and the owners were so helpful with tips. The apartment itself is magnificent, beautifully furnished, and has an exceptional view. There are loads of useful extras, including a Nespresso machine, washing machine, and wine you can buy, plus a huge outdoor area for meals and relaxing. We stayed with the family at the end of August and found the place quiet, super clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It's also well placed for trips to Sansepolcro, Arezzo, and Cortona. Highly recommended!
