The apartment is on the first floor of an elegant building, and it's comfortable, well laid out, and furnished. There's always outdoor parking available. It's also very well placed for exploring the beautiful province of Arezzo.

The apartment deserves a 10 and is excellent. Its location also makes it a great base for visiting Arezzo, Siena, and the surrounding area.

The owner was super helpful, and the place was clean with everything we needed. Just be aware that it was advertised as a two-bedroom place when we booked, but one bedroom was locked when we arrived, and I was asked to pay extra to use it. The place itself is great to stay in, clean, and well equipped. The owner was very helpful, but the locked bedroom and extra charge were a surprise after booking a two-bedroom.

Laura was very kind. The house was practical, and its location between Arezzo and Siena made it easy to reach many beautiful villages.
