Casa Dante

Casa Dante gave my girlfriend and me a spacious, clean apartment for five days and four nights, and it worked really well as a base for exploring the area. The owner was kind, helpful, and always attentive to what we needed. We’d definitely consider coming back.

The apartment was spotless when we arrived, which was the best part of our stay. It’s spacious and airy, on the second floor, and sleeps three. It has all the amenities, including linens, sheets, and a hairdryer, and there are plenty of parking spaces nearby. The village is quiet and welcoming, with a small supermarket, two bars, and a pharmacy. Everything else is just a few minutes away by car. Filippo was incredibly helpful and kind, with clear instructions and useful advice. He’s exactly the sort of host you hope to meet. The apartment is a great choice for families or groups of friends looking for peaceful days around Monte Amiata and the Val d'Orcia. It’s earned a place among my favorites, and when we return to the Val d'Orcia, Casa Dante will feel like home.

Casa Dante is in a great spot for visiting all the lovely villages of the Val d'Orcia, while still enjoying the fresh mountain air. My family and I spent a week here and had a wonderful time. The house is roomy, clean, and equipped with every comfort. Filippo wasn’t there in person, but he was always available. A really positive experience, highly recommended!
