We came during the week in the off season, which worked out well since it wasn’t crowded. The water is cool down below and gets warmer as you climb. For people from countries without natural hot springs, it’s a real treat. Such an amazing experience!

The view is lovely, and the water is very warm. It gets hotter the farther up you go toward the pipe, where it’s almost burning hot.

A lovely spot to discover. Parking costs €1.50 per hour, then it’s a 5 minute walk through the woods. Bring sea shoes, because the rocks are sharp and tough to walk on. The water is amazingly hot, and gets hotter as you go higher. I’d guess it’s 40+ degrees. Such a treat.

A fantastic place, though even in October it was packed despite being low season. We had to get into the bath where the water is actually hot. The view is nice.

These are among the few free thermal baths in this part of Tuscany. We didn’t stay at a hotel, though there are a couple in the village, and good restaurants dotted around. Get there early, since parking is limited and the baths get VERY busy on summer weekends. Keep in mind, this is a very rural area!
