We loved the long, leisurely days here. We took short drives to medieval towns and thermal baths, then spent the evenings stargazing with a grappa. It’s the sort of stay that will stay in our hearts for years. Our apartment was huge and clean, right beside a pristine pool and waterfall, with lovely flowers and terraces around. Beautiful mountains and a volcano were our backdrop, and cowbells and birdsong greeted us in the morning after deep sleeps in the fresh mountain air. The owners, who now feel like friends, and their lovely staff were warm and accommodating. We were spoiled with morning coffee on the patio and delicious fresh baked breakfasts. The dining room’s wine pairing dinners were a treat, and the special Florentine Steak dinner by their chef was a real highlight of our weeks long stay.

I wish we’d booked more than one night. The views are beautiful, the staff are friendly, and I loved relaxing by the pool on a summer afternoon. The room did get a bit warm in midsummer because there’s no air conditioning, though they did provide a fan. Still a five star stay, and I’d highly recommend this lovely place.

The meals at Terre di Giorgio were incredible, from breakfast through dinner. Definitely try the pappardelle with pesto and raviolo. Roberta and the staff gave us amazing service, and her suggestions for places to see and things to do nearby were all excellent. Our room was spacious, modern, and clean, and the views from the property were stunning. Terre di Giorgio is a little slice of heaven in the beautiful Val D'Orcia region of Tuscany. If you’re looking for a beautiful villa here, this is the place.

The scenery at Terre di Giorgio was outstanding, and our cozy room was clean. We really enjoyed the kind service and super delicious food. We’d definitely recommend trying the regional wine and oil, as well as the handmade pasta.

Breakfast is served until 12:00, which was great after a hike. There were lots of vegetables and regional products, and it was amazing. When we had to leave very early for a long drive on our last day, the staff surprised us with a lovingly packed breakfast to go: regional bread, cheese and ham, plus fruit, cakes, and drinks. Thank you so much! This accommodation is in the middle of nowhere, which makes it so quiet, with beautiful surroundings. The staff are super sweet and help with everything. I also had a business Zoom meeting with 20 people outside and the wifi worked without a problem. We’d definitely come again!
