The mornings were a highlight, thanks to breakfast every day and Michelle’s perfect cappuccinos. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel at home, with kindness and care in every detail. The setting is peaceful and scenic, ideally placed for exploring Umbria. The property is unique, charming and beautifully maintained, and the pool is just right, with breathtaking views and a relaxing feel. We had an unforgettable stay and are already dreaming of coming back. The whole experience felt genuinely welcoming, which is hard to find. Highly, highly recommended!

The place is wonderfully quiet, with sunsets, lovely views across cypress-lined valleys and church steeples, and plenty of spots to sit outside. Our apartment was spacious and newly refurbished, with a kitchen, a roomy bathroom and shower, and good Wi-Fi. There was a table right outside, plus more on the terrace and by the pool. The extensive grounds are well kept, and paths from the property make a 3 km walk, passing an agriturismo that sells local products. There isn't much choice for food in San Fantucchio, but Lago di Castellano, with grocery stores and restaurants, and the lovely town of Panicale are both about 10 minutes away. Nothing to complain about.

We had a really relaxing weekend here, and the best part was getting to chat and laugh with the family who run the place, Michelle, Sergio and Leo. The pool looks out over beautiful hills, and we also enjoyed the excellent food at nearby local restaurants. A wonderful base in the heart of Italy, close to Lake Trasimeno.

The rooms are lovely and have air conditioning, and there’s a lake and train station nearby. We had fantastic cappuccinos and the best tiramisu at this Umbrian agriturismo. If you're very lucky, they may invite you to dinner. Such a delightful way to escape to the countryside.
