We had a great stay and will definitely return. The apartment was cozy, the price very reasonable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The kitchen is so good that some locals come just for dinner. There’s a nice terrace and winter garden for relaxing. It’s a romantic hideaway for couples, but families fit right in too. Our two kids loved the playground, pool and animals, and there were other families around, so they had plenty of playmates.

The atmosphere is friendly and peaceful, though it’s hard to communicate because the staff speak only Italian and no English at all. The rooms could use a bit of modernizing.

This lovely country house has been restored while keeping its original materials, and it’s not far from Castinglione del Lago. There are plenty of places to stay at very competitive prices. The beautiful property sits in a well-kept green garden, with a nice swimming pool area and a playground for children. The restaurant is a pleasant place for breakfast with fresh products, or for lunch or dinner. The welcome is friendly and the cooking is good.
