Oasi Franciacorta

We ended up having to move to another hotel after arriving for Easter 2023 to find rooms that looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. There were cobwebs, dusty air blowing from an air conditioner I thought might have Legionella, stained sheets with hairs on them, and towels that were old, frayed, mismatched, and ragged. One towel was yellow and the other blue. After booking and paying months ahead, I expected better hygiene and towels that showed some respect for guests. The owner seemed unwilling to help. He could have arranged for the room to be cleaned, but did nothing, and didn't return our deposit either. I strongly advise against staying here. I'd give it less than one star if I could.

It was quiet at night, but in the apartment we were given, the thin walls and windows that couldn't be darkened properly meant we woke at dawn. The kitchen was poorly equipped and there's no bidet. The setting could be nice, though at 100 euros a night I'd expect more.

There’s a playground with swings for children, and the rooms are clean with basic but functional amenities. The property sits in a beautiful green setting. An excellent place to stay.

I stayed here in mid-February and found it really clean, welcoming, and equipped with every comfort. On top of that, the owner was incredibly kind and helped me when I had a flat tire. Thanks again, I’ll be back soon. :)
