The building and the area around it were lovely, and it made a great base for exploring on foot or by transport. Everything inside was outstanding too, from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the kitchen and other facilities. We expected good accommodation for the price, but the welcome and hospitality were far beyond what we had hoped for.

Kasern sits at the end of the road, with walking paths and cross-country trails almost right outside. We had a really enjoyable stay, and Julia communicated so well that we felt welcome from the start. There was also a small in-house shop with a few basics like wine and pasta, a nice surprise. For downhill skiing, Klausberg was about 20 minutes away by car and Speikboden about 30. Neither had lift queues.

A wonderful spot for ski touring and mountaineering, with loads of routes to choose from. The area is beautiful and uncrowded, and the residence and host were just as good. A special experience.

The owner was so kind and attentive, and the room was immaculate, with gorgeous mountain views and a simple, stylish Alpine look. The kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed: microwave, two-burner induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer, and plenty of towels. I highly recommend it.

Julia made the stay feel special with her warmth, care, and attention to detail. The mountain scenery was stunning in every season, and the common areas were welcoming places to relax and spend time together. Our room was tastefully furnished and comfortable, and the whole residence felt modern, refined, and exceptionally clean. It’s a memorable mix of design, thoughtful hospitality, and unspoiled nature.
