The residence was clean and tidy, and the location was good, with free parking nearby. We'd definitely come back. The kitchen wasn't as well equipped as we'd expected: ours was missing a jug or small pitcher for tea, a ladle or spatula, paper towels, a trivet, a grater, a corkscrew, and a few other things. Maybe other apartments had more. There's room for improvement, but it was still really good.

We stayed during Ronciglione's Carnival weekend. The price was competitive, but it was room only with no breakfast. The apartment wasn't cleaned very well, and we had a few minor problems with the TV antenna signal and a power outlet. The location is excellent, but there's no parking or luggage storage. It's a very basic place, nothing fancy. PS: The towels in the photos weren't ours. We found them as soon as we walked in. Was that an oversight?

The rooms and staff make this place feel like great value. The team is friendly, polite, and efficient, and the apartments have air conditioning plus a living room, bathroom, and one or more bedrooms. They’re in a lovely part of the village, with generous terraces and a beautiful balcony view.

We were really pleased with our stay. The central location has plenty of good places to eat nearby, and the apartment was comfortable and clean. The staff were warm and helpful, and the little thoughtful touches made a difference.

The property was so peaceful, and the large attic room was clean and had every comfort we needed. Jefferson was thoughtful, kind, and professional throughout. My partner and I spent two nights here using a Smartbox, and it was a lovely stay. We’ll come back to explore more places in Viterbo. Valentina and Federico
