Villa Cozzano

The special dinner was the heart of our stay at Villa Cozzano. I was asked an important question there, and the staff helped with the planning and special requests, making the evening unforgettable. We'll treasure it. Frank in particular made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and the whole wonderful team made this romantic visit feel personal and comfortable. Cozzano feels like its own magical world in the countryside, away from life's weight, yet close enough to nearby towns and attractions. We went horse riding, explored on a Vespa for a day, and had a private cinema night that was unique and memorable. We asked for film snacks and got a thoughtful, lovely selection of cozy treats. You HAVE to try it. I'd recommend booking as many of the experiences as you can, since we loved them. The team's suggestions were spot on, including their bar and restaurant recommendations for Florence when we continued our trip.

The service felt cold and disinterested, and the place seemed more focused on Instagram-friendly looks than guest comfort. It was also very overpriced for what it offers. We saw rats in the restaurant while people were eating, there was general dirtiness, and animals were roaming freely. We noticed employees working extremely long shifts, over 18 hours, which clearly affects the service. Lots of marketing, very little reality. Not recommended.

Villa Cozzano is a magical place, and a visit there can leave you with a level of peace and serenity you may never have found before. Manuel and Frank were incredibly attentive during the four days we spent with them, including a wedding. It was quite simply amazing, a truly magical experience. The food was beard-worthy at every meal, breakfast, lunch and especially dinner. I highly recommend going if you ever get the opportunity!

We booked the cooking class and absolutely loved it: an authentic, warm Italian chef, tasty food, and plenty of Prosecco. It made the stay even more memorable, and we're already looking forward to coming back. We came as best friends needing a little time out, and this place was exactly right. The atmosphere is fantastic, but it's the people and outstanding service that make it special. They think of everything and make what you need possible, including bringing dinner to your room if you like. The interiors and grounds both show impressive attention to detail, and the special offerings make the experience feel unique.
