The staff are very courteous and attentive to guests' needs. There's a dedicated parking spot in front of the hotel entrance for loading and unloading luggage. A few minutes' walk away, there's a large shared parking area reserved for the area's hotel guests. The hotel gives you a key and assigns you a numbered space.

The staff were helpful and professional, and the hotel offers good food and comfortable, spacious, clean rooms. The view and solarium are appealing too. It's good value for money, though there are very few parking spaces.

Mrs. Paola and the staff were so friendly and made us feel at home, and special thanks to Mrs. Enrica. We had a really nice week: the hotel was very clean and the food was good. I highly recommend it.

The rooms were spotless and air-conditioned, and each one has its own parking space. The food is another highlight, with high-quality Tuscan dishes that never get boring, plus desserts that are always a must. We enjoyed our stay thanks to the care and kindness Paola and her staff show their guests. I recommend it to anyone planning a holiday in Castiglione.

This was our second year coming back to the guesthouse, and once again we had a wonderful time. Every member of staff is kind and incredibly helpful, and we really feel like family there. The food was delicious, they paid attention to the details, and being close to the sea made for a fantastic holiday. Special mention to the room cleaner, who spotted the seagull's little gift on the balcony and cleaned it up without being asked.
