The place was modern, peaceful, very clean, and tastefully done. We really enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool, and the coffee in the morning was great. Annalisa and the other employees were especially pleasant. They even welcomed us after our late flight and gave us lots of good recommendations for restaurants and other things to do.

A lovely little gem in Sicily, close to Etna. The gardens and pool area are beautiful, and it's a very quiet spot with modern decor. The country house is decorated with great taste, and the staff are welcoming, very nice, and speak good English. Thanks to Annalisa for looking after us every time we come.

We had wonderful dinners here, with exquisite food and divine wines suggested by the knowledgeable, professional wait staff. Compliments to the chef again! We spent a week at Santoro Country House and loved the facilities, service, and beautiful surroundings. The relaxed luxury comes through, thanks to management and staff who are professional, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile. We'll definitely return.

I'm in love with the Etna region and visit Sicily often, but this was by far my most beautiful experience there. Santoro's restaurant gave us the best food experience, even though Sicily is already a paradise for food lovers if you know the right places. The location is gorgeous, and the staff were kind and professional. I've never had this level of professionalism elsewhere in Sicily, especially at this price. I highly recommend it.
