The restaurant served very good dishes made with quality ingredients, and the prices seemed in line with this market segment. We came as a couple for a relaxing weekend amid the amazing mountains and scenery. The staff were professional and friendly, and quickly sorted out a reservation mistake that had swapped our room numbers, despite some trouble at check-in and check-out. The hotel also has a spa with a sauna, massage service, and swimming pool.

The spa didn't feel worth it to us, with entry at 40€ pp. The building also feels quite old, even though it's been renovated. Our room had a rain gutter that kept us awake all night. I'd need to be paid to sleep in that room again, a tent would be better. When I complained, the receptionist said, "that's normal, the whole hotel is like that." We pushed and got a different room where the gutter was okay, but staff told us again that "the whole hotel is like that." It's an okay hotel, with more stars than the other places nearby, but it comes at a cost.

We stayed for a week and left completely satisfied. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are in good shape. A great place, highly recommended!

Booking.com lists this as family friendly, but when I called this morning, I learned the hotel doesn't offer all the facilities you need when travelling with a newborn who's just started eating. They don't even allow an electric plate to cook pasta for the little one's meal.
